Technologically Advanced Molding

At CCP, we firmly believe that in order to compete based on quality and cost, investing in the latest state-of-the-art primary and secondary equipment is absolutely essential. It is for this reason that we use advanced microprocessor controlled Nissei presses ranging from 30 tons to 1650 tons in combination with the latest technology available in support equipment.

Manufacturing Practices

Operations are conducted in a very clean, organized, climate controlled environment. We strongly associate these characteristics with the achievement of a quality product.

CCP does not contaminate or pollute the environment in any way. Our new Finishing Division is in complete compliance with all state and federal requlatory EPA requirements.

Cross-functional teams are designed to analyze the design and manufacturing processes of all molded, painted, and assembled parts. This allows us to reduce costs internally and also to pass cost savings along to our customers.
